Each morning the
previous day's booked orders, clearances and inquiry calls are reviewed
in a group meeting by our sales people from all management teams.
This provides the
perfect opportunity to advise brokers and mailers regarding "overlooked
opportunities" from our management portfolio.
For example, an
order is received for a list which is either in your list's major market
group where your list performs well. That very day, we're in touch by
phone with the broker or mailer to recommend your list for the current
program.
We then follow-up
with a data card, segmentation suggestions and a sample. If the follow-up
is to a broker, usage history is also included in the package.
Many times, this
results in a test for your list within the current mailing period.
When this sales
activity does not result in an order for the current mailing, the appropriate
follow-up information is recorded and we schedule a call back to the
broker or mailer in plenty of time to get a test for the next mailing.
