NAI-DP 's merge/purge software is designed to identify valid unique records and flag duplicates from any number of input files for use in mailings. The program identifies duplicate records within an input file and over multiple files using a match code specified by the user. We have a multitude of options for selection and/or omission of names in order to accommodate any requirements a mailer might have.

At the inception of the merge/purge, all files are automatically put through a detailed clean-up and standardization procedure. This includes: address standardization, zip code confirmation/correction, zip assignment, duplicate elimination, keying, sequence numbering, gender code assignment, APO/FPO drops, edit drops, priority allocations, and much more.

Along with the standard edit reports, you will receive a comprehensive set of merge/purge reports that will give you all of the necessary information. Customized individual broker reports are generated, if more than one broker is involved. All reporting is provided to the broker and mailer immediately upon completion of the merge/purge.
